Former NBA player William "Smush" Parker is trying to make it back to the association, this time as a referee. The New York City playground legend is working his way through the ranks officiating Division III college and semi-pro games. Joe recently caught up with Parker at Stevens Institute of Technology as he chases down his newest dream. If Parker makes it as an NBA official, he would be just the fourth former NBA player to do so.
